Movenpick Dubai hotel is currently under construction at the Dubai Pearl mixed-use development. It will offer 760 rooms, 7 restaurants, a business centre, ballroom, gym and spa.
One unique feature of the hotel will be its observation deck. Situated at a height of 230 m it promises to provide fantastic views of the Arabian Gulf and the nearby Palm Jumeirah.
The 60 floor building which will house the hotel is currently under development. The Movenpick Dubai is scheduled to open in 2009.
