The Beach & Lake is a small privately owned Ayurvedic Resort, 8 kms south of Trivandrum International Airport . It's nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Parvathi Puthanar, Karamana rivers, situated on an island, blessed by nature.

On one side are the backwaters; bordered by a forest of coconut palms, a natural habitat for 31 odd species of migratory birds. On the other side, a secluded expanse of beach stretches 4 kms north to the lively beach of Kovalam .The resorts own boat soley accesses this tanquil oasis

The 8 rooms of which 5 are well-furnished ensuite bathrooms have individual verandas offering both the sea and lake views. Hot water and room service are available 24 hrs.

We are particularly proud of our restaurant, which, if you are not prescribed an Ayurvedic diet, offers a Multi-cuisine menu of high standard. There are occasional cultural evenings with traditional Indian Dance and Music Programmes
